Our Team

Tanishq Verma has joined the firm as an Analyst. He works closely with senior bankers to deliver financial analysis, develop pitch materials and client presentations, and support the execution of M&A transactions and capital raises.

Prior to joining the firm, Tanishq gained extensive experience at outsourced research firms, where he supported middle-market investment banks and boutique advisory firms across the deal lifecycle. His responsibilities included building company profiles and industry landscapes, conducting valuation analyses, preparing investment and marketing materials, identifying potential buyers or targets, and assisting with due diligence and outreach processes.

Tanishq holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore and is a CFA Level II candidate.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading, working out at the gym, and following global football leagues, both as a spectator and a player.
