Caitlin Barron joined Forbes Partners as a Senior Associate in 2025. She advises on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, company valuations, and strategic transactions. Caitlin is known for working closely with founders, management teams, and investors, quickly developing a deep understanding of business strategy, financial performance, and growth opportunities to position companies for optimal outcomes.

Prior to Forbes, Caitlin was an Associate at The Presidio Group, where she advised on numerous M&A and financing transactions in the automotive and mobility sectors, with a focus on automotive technology, SaaS, and AI-powered platforms. She began her career at a Dallas-based family office, earning her CFP designation before transitioning into investment banking.

A summa cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University, Caitlin holds a B.B.A. in Finance from S.M.U.’s Cox School of Business with a minor in German. She also studied abroad at Kings College in London, England. Originally from Denver, she is active in the local community and enjoys pickleball, tennis, hiking, skiing, and international travel outside of work.
