Sasha Pachnev, Analyst

Sasha Pachnev joined Forbes Partners as an Analyst in 2023. Sasha is responsible for providing execution support for mergers and acquisitions, private capital raises, conducting company valuations, composing marketing materials, and other financial advisory services for clients.

Prior to joining Forbes Partners, Sasha was an Equity Research Analyst at Hawk Capital, Monmouth University’s investment fund, where he provided equity research services, analyzed industry and macroeconomic trends, built valuation and forecast models, and wrote research reports. Additionally, Sasha was a Financial Analyst at GlobalTrade Corporation, where he helped the company through its M&A process, built forecast models, validated cash flows, and conducted due diligience on over 50 multi-national corporate and financial clients.

Sasha attended Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, where he graduated with a M.S. in Finance. Prior, he attended Monmouth University, where he graduated with a B.B.A. in Economics and Finance. Sasha also competed as a NCAA Division 1 Men’s Tennis athlete for Monmouth University, helping his team win three MAAC Conference Championships and qualify three times for the NCAA Division 1 Men’s Tennis Championships.

Sasha is originally from Toronto, Canada. Outside of work Sasha enjoys playing tennis, weightlifting, cheering on the Toronto Raptors and his favorite tennis players, and spending time with his friends and family.
