Our Team

Braiden Miller joined Forbes Partners as an Analyst in 2023. Braiden is responsible for providing execution support for mergers and acquisitions, private capital raises, conducting company valuations, composing marketing materials, and other financial advisory services for clients.

Prior to joining Forbes Partners, Braiden was a Senior Analyst at Causey Demgen & Moore, where he provided consultation services for the issuance of municipal bonds, debt structuring, escrow bidding, and commercial mortgage-backed securities mathematical verification services. He has advised on over 1,500 successful transactions, collectively totaling over $10 billion dollars.

Braiden attended Colorado State University, where he graduated with a BS in finance, with a concentration in investment analysis and corporate finance. Braiden also majored in pre-med.

Braiden is originally from Fort Collins, Colorado. Outside of work Braiden enjoys playing sports, cheering on the Avalanche and the Broncos, climbing 14’ers, mountain biking, and spending time with his friends and family.
