Brooks Crankshaw, Managing Director

“It’s not just about getting the best price in selling a company or the best terms in raising capital. My clients value not only achieving the best transactional solution for them, but preserving their legacies, navigating personal dynamics, and putting their companies on paths for continued success.”

Overview

Through more than three decades and $5 billion of closed transactions, Brooks Crankshaw has led senior management teams through transformative M&A and capital-raise transactions. His career is rooted in an 18-year tenure at J.P. Morgan Securities where he served as Managing Director and led various initiatives including managing an international team in London, England.
