Our Team

Harsh Kumar Singh has joined the firm as an Analyst. He has been instrumental in handling pitch work, live deals, and business development activities; thus, assisting senior bankers across transaction lifecycle from origination through closing. He is proficient with drafting pitch decks, company and industry profiles, detailed financial; operating; and valuation models, handling data rooms and due-diligence process.  
 
Prior to joining the firm, Harsh gained extensive experience in both buy-side and sell-side execution, with a strong focus on investment research, financial modeling, due diligence, structuring term sheets, and negotiating deal terms.

Harsh holds an MBA in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
Outside of work, he enjoys singing, working out at the gym, and is a big-time foodie as he loves to explore new places.
