CENTENNIAL, CO – Forbes Partners announced today that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to DHE Computer Systems, LLC (“DHE” or the “Company”) in its sale to Gladstone Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: GAIN) (“Gladstone Investment”). Gladstone Investment provided debt and equity financing to complete the transaction.
DHE, headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, is a leading full-service technology solutions provider serving the state, local, education, and commercial markets. The Company provides end-to-end IT products and lifecycle services, including hardware, software, device configuration and enrollment, deployment logistics, repair and warranty support, data recovery, and emerging managed services. DHE’s existing management team, led by Chief Executive Officer Dan Hammack, will continue to lead the business following the transaction. The Company’s founders, Dan Hammack and Elena “Annie” Hammack, will remain meaningful shareholders alongside Gladstone Investment.

The full terms of the agreement were not publicly disclosed. DHE will continue to operate under its existing brand and management team while drawing on Gladstone Investment’s capital and resources to pursue accelerated growth and an expanded service offering.
