Greenwood Village, CO (January 17, 2022) – The Forbes M+A Group, a leading transaction advisory firm, announced today that Alexander West has joined the Company as an Analyst. Mr. West comes to the firm with wide-ranging middle market transaction experience.
Alexander has advised on, sell-side, buy-side, capital raising engagements across several verticals. Before joining The Forbes M+A Group, Alexander worked as an Analyst with Align Business Advisory, where he advised lower middle-market clients in the healthcare services and food & beverage space on sell-side and buy-side engagements. Previously, Alexander was an investment banking intern at Vesta Partners Inc. in Orlando, where he assisted the firm with capital raising engagements for health & wellness companies.
Alexander attended the University of Central Florida, where he graduated with his BS in Finance. During his time there, Alexander was a member of both the Young Investors Club and Financial Management Association.
