Having joined as a Director at Forbes, Blake has been instrumental in advising on a broad range of complex investment banking transactions. With over 15 years of investment banking experience and more than $4 billion in middle-market transactions closed, Blake will continue to make an impact on the firm. Blake has proven himself a leader and someone who cares deeply about the success of clients. Blake has particular expertise in advising consumer products companies but has also worked across a range of industries, including SaaS and technology-enabled businesses, business services, and healthcare.
Prior to The Forbes M+A Group, Blake spent nine years at KPMG Corporate Finance, a leading global middle-market investment bank, most recently as Vice President and a founding member of its Leisure & Wellness practice. Blake advised on a broad range of investment banking engagements including domestic and cross-border buy-side and sell-side transactions, debt and equity raises, and strategic advisory services.
