SAVANNAH, GA – Forbes Partners announced today that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Mock Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. (“Mock” or the “Company”) in its sale to Service Logic. The transaction marks a significant milestone for Mock, a leading commercial plumbing and HVAC contractor based in southeast Georgia and coastal South Carolina.
Founded at the end of World War II by W.H. Mock Sr. and later managed by son Billy Mock, the Company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical services, including HVAC service and installation, plumbing, process piping, and in-house sheet metal fabrication to customers across the education, municipal, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. The Company’s self-performed labor model and exceptional field execution have positioned it as a trusted partner to general contractors and institutional clients throughout its operating territory.
“Partnering with Service Logic is the right next step for Mock. Over more than five decades, we’ve built a business on doing the work right the first time and standing behind our people. Joining Service Logic’s platform gives us the resources to grow while preserving the culture and values that define who we are,” said Gary Cail, President of Mock Plumbing & Mechanical.
Under the terms of the agreement, Mock will continue to operate under its existing brand while leveraging the resources and strategic support of Service Logic to pursue accelerated growth and expanded service offerings.
“Forbes Partners is proud to have advised Mock and its shareholders through this important transaction. Gary and his team have built an exceptional business with a deep commitment to quality and customer service. We are confident that the partnership with Service Logic will unlock meaningful opportunities for Mock’s continued growth,” said Brooks Crankshaw, Managing Director at Forbes Partners.
“Mock Plumbing & Mechanical is an outstanding addition to the Service Logic platform. Their long-standing reputation for quality workmanship, experienced field teams, and strong customer relationships make them an ideal partner as we continue to expand our presence in the Southeast,” said Ryan Krahl, President and Chief Acquisitions Officer of Service Logic.
The transaction underscores continued investor interest in the mechanical services sector and reflects strong demand for well-positioned, regionally focused service platforms with durable customer relationships and scalable operating models.
