Forbes Partners Advises R&M Steel on Sale to TDH Investments
CENTENNIAL, CO – Forbes Partners announced today that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to R&M Steel, Inc. (“R&M” or the “Company”) in its sale to TDH Investments.
Founded in 1969 and headquartered in Caldwell, Idaho, R&M is a manufacturer of custom pre-engineered metal building systems and related hardware components. Led by Rob Roberts for more than five decades, the Company serves customers nationwide across a broad range of end markets, including aviation, agriculture, commercial storage, industrial, and education. R&M has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality, customized building solutions tailored to its customers’ specific needs.
